Not what I expected, but really good!

If I had wrote this review the day I bought this sauce, I probably would have given it a 4-star. But in the last two weeks since I bought this sauce, I’ve learned to really love it. Definitely not what I expected originally. But super happy I got it.

Hotter than expected, good for almost anything you’d expect to use hot-sauce on.

The Problem With this Sauce...

...Is how I want to put it on everything! This funky, tangy, slightly sweet sauce has a really unique flavour. I actually think the carrots come through in a really good way. It's an excellent condiment, and the only complaint I have is how quickly I've used it up. Mild spice for hot sauce aficionados. Highly recommended!

Great Flavour

Ordered this originally from Heatonist in the states but it quickly became one of my favourites. It has some of the best flavour I've experienced in a hot sauce without being too hot overall, but it offers a nice kick. Used it on everything from pizza, chicken, steak, veggies, rice, fish, and more.

High River Sauces Tears of the Sun Hot Sauce

Quebec sauce

Great tasty sauce to use with seafood skewers like shrimp. Mild heat so you can eat lots of it but still has a little kick to it. Nothing about burning your mouth though.

The sauce of summer

I love this sauce so much. Wonderful taste.
