Shipping is free in Ontario and Quebec for orders of $85 or more.
All other provinces and territories receive discounted shipping (as below) on orders of $85 or more:
Free/discounted shipping will be shipped via the most economical option through Canada Post or Purolator. Shipping to certain locations may require additional charges. If so, we will contact you.
From November to March, temperatures in Canada can drop below 0°C. During these months, bottles have a higher chance of breaking due to increased pressure from freezing. We use “Card for Pickup” as a delivery method to reduce the amount of time shipments spend outdoors in the cold.
We do everything we can to minimize exposure to cold weather; however, neither we nor shipping carriers will cover, exchange, or replace any damages due to freezing.
If you would like your package delivered straight to your door regardless of weather, and you acknowledge the risk of freezing during transit, please let us know in the note section of your order. If we feel the risk is too high to ship, we will reach out by email with our policy and to see if you would prefer to have your package held until weather across Canada warms, or if you want it shipped right away.
