Definitely tastes like real maui gold pineapples. Didnt actually taste any spice though. Its literally pureed pineapple.
I could use this sauce as a topping for a new york style Cheesecake

I was pleasantly surprised by this sauce. Its best to consider it like a slightly more liquid apple sauce made with pineapples and a subtle dash of heat. Went well with salmon and chicken and is a nice condiment to have if you really like pineapples.
