Rudi's Goat Pepper Fire Hot Sauce

The Bahamian Goat Pepper is a little known variety that tastes similar to a Habanero but sweeter and just as hot, sometimes even hotter. This hot sauce is one of the very few commercially available goat pepper sauces.
