Everybody loves a good mustard hot sauce and this one is better than most. The familiar tongue tingling tang paired with the fruity burn of the Carolina Reaper makes for a great combo. It's time to chuck the boring grocery store brand mustard that's slowly mouldering in your fridge and replace it with some more flavourful, peppier and simply just tastier!
Here's a hot tip: try it on (or in!) your mac'n'cheese!
Ingredients: Mustard (distilled vinegar, #1 grade mustard seed, salt, turmeric, spices, paprika), brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, apples, salt, Carolina Reaper pepper powder, black pepper, ascorbic acid, citric acid.
