Dirty Dick's Caribbean Dreams Hot Sauce

Thisnis one of my fave sauces.......it's not super hot but the flavour is amazing. It pairs amazing with curry dishes.

The only thing bajan about this is the use of mustard. Bajan pepper sauce is nothing like this. This sauce is very fruity, pairs nice with shrimp.

I’ve ordered this sauce a bunch of times. Amazing on pulled pork, fish tacos or anything you think needs a bright, fruity and spicy twist. Will buy again. I work at a restaurant and bought a bottle for my staff. They dummies it in less than a day.

This is not a very spicy sauce, by any means, but it does have a great depth of flavour (like all of Dirty Dick's sauces) and the mustard flavour is pronounced making it great for dipping soft pretzels in. It makes a really good honey mustard type sauce for baked chicken (and rice) with the addition of honey.
