This hotter take on one of their most popular hot sauces, Dreams Of Calypso, retains all the sweet and tangy flavour of the original while taking the heat to another level. Classic Bajan style flavours pair with chicken, seafood, rice dishes and lamb. 
Ingredients: Yellow 7-pot pepper mash (peppers, vinegar), pineapple, mango, lime juice, prepared yellow mustard (distilled vinegar, #1 mustard seed, salt, turmeric and spices), carrots, distilled vinegar, cane sugar, yellow bell peppers, sea salt, granulated garlic, allspice.  Net weight: 148 ml
