Hot Ones Hits No 3

Heat Chart

GFT078

Hot Ones heavy weights, these three hot sauces from the popular YouTube show, pack serious heat backed up by solid flavor profiles.

Torchbearer Son of Zombie although developed as a wing sauce goes really well on pizza, burgers, pasta and popcorn as well thanks to it's savory/sweet flavors that linger just as long as the heat.

Mad Dog 357, the Original 357 000 SHU hot sauce is responsible for putting a lot of guys in sweat & tears. Once the heat has let go a little you can appreciate the flavors of Habanero and spices.

Hellfire Fiery Fool is an animal that should be approached cautiously. A hot sauce that has Red 7 Pot Primo, Ghost and Carolina Reaper peppers as its first 3 ingredients needs to be taken seriously.

Good combination

Had a great time with friends working through several hot sauces, including these three. I am a big fan of 357 and Son of Zombie, but it will take another taste to have a verdict for Fiery Fool. Well worth the price.

Delicious with the perfect kick

Probably the best tasting hot sauce I've ever had. It is really delicious, with a slow building kick that is perfect for me. My only gripe is that it is pretty thin and goes quick. I finished the bottle inside of a week, mind you I really enjoyed it and may have been a little too generous each time I took it out. I wish I could buy it in a much, much larger bottle.

Blazing hottt!!!

The heat just keeps building

Smoked onion sauce with a bit of kick

I would definitely characterize this sauce as an onion sauce first with some after thoughts of smoke and spice. Picture a soft fried onion, definitely not caramelized, just a bit soft with plenty of remaining onion flavor mixed with some smoked jalapeno peppers. It is almost like a jar of oniony jalepno poppers without the cheese of course.

It is an assertive sauce that I feel goes best with a savory dish without a lot of competing strong flavours, goes well on a steak sandwich, not so well on a samosa.

Truff red
