Sambuca, fennel and maple syrup create a lively flavour profile that is perfectly balanced against the floral heat of the 7-Pot pepper. A dash of Ghost pepper help to create a lasting heat profile that carries the flavour with it. Pair with chicken, seafood, lamb and rice.
