A Western take on an Eastern classic. Sambal is a popular condiment in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, traditionally made as a paste with fresh peppers, vinegar, salt and spices. This savoury hot sauce version uses red jalapenos and Habaneros.

Ingredients: Red jalapeno peppers, garlic, cane sugar, water, Habanero peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, xanthan gum.
