Tasted great on nuggets, haven't found much of anything else to pair it with other than Chicken. Very strong smoked / jerked flavor. Salty, Sweet, and the ginger spice really stands out. It is all you could asked for in a jamaican jerked marinate... not great as a general hot sauce, but perfect for grilling and seasoning chicken!!!
