Heat Chart

HS225

One of our top sellers, this hot sauce features a blend of five peppers of varying heat levels, from the mild Mesilla Cayenne and Serrano to smoky Ancho and intense Ghost, finishing off with fiery world record holding Carolina Reaper. They compliment a slightly sweet New Mexico-style taco sauce base with cumin and garlic blending together with the pepper flavors.

Ingredients:  Distilled Vinegar, Chile Peppers (Serrano, Reaper, Cayenne, Ghost, Ancho) Brown Sugar, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Cumin.

Manufacturer: CaJohns

Very good

While the 7 pot is my favourite, this is for sure my husband's fav when it comes to Cajohn's sauces.
I do like it too though, it's a flavourful sauce that would go well with just about anything.

A good start to heat

This sauce, which has a vinegar start and onion finish to taste, is a good starter if you like heat. It is mild (being operative, this is a Reaper sauce after all) to start with a good heat finish that lasts. Would definitely recommend as an every day sauce, excellent with chicken/pork or added to ramen noodle broth for some extra kick.

Slightly warm

No doubt about it this stuff is hot which is surprising, considering I eat the last dab redux on a daily basis. Same with hellfire fear this, I feel that da bomb final answer is way hotter than both of those. But it tastes disgusting.

Los Calientes

It's the most pleasureful pain I've ever experienced. And I'll do it over and over.

Nice Salsa

Don't buy any, save it all for me!

Still the best

I was there at the old Red Fox liars table when you first introduced this stuff , I am 74 now and still think it is the best in North America, had a feed tonight for supper with my Keith's and wings thanks for the best sauce around and thanks for all the great memories at the Fox

Taste is good, but no heat

Great flavor but I'd rate the heat more like a 2/10
