Fury Banh-Mi Hot Sauce

Borrowing on traditional Vietnamese cuisine, this Ontario made hot sauce is loaded with flavour.  Bold daikon radish, cilantro and fragrant spices gets a boost from Jalapeno & Habanero peppers. Fermentation brings out all the flavours, giving this sauce a unique character.

Ingredients: Jalapeno peppers, Habanero peppers, rice wine vinegar, pickled daikon, cold pressed sunflower oil, cilantro, scallions, sugars (evaporated cane juice), sea salt, spices, xanthan gum.
