I have a fondness for Dave’s products, so this might be a bit biased. I am a hard core hot “stuff" consumer, and find this a pleasantly mild sauce for when you want a little bit of back zest with flavour (keep in mind I add Dave’s Insanity sauce to my food the way most people add Tabasco sauce, so mild is relative).
