A big let down

I bought this sauce for my brother who lives on the other side of the planet. He's a huge hot sauce fan and we loved Blaire's Mega Death Sauce. So I got him a bottle all the way from Toronto to Dubai as a gift. Imagine our collective disappointment when he tries the sauce during a live video call and tells me that it's not even close to how hot the Mega Death Sauce was. Maybe this was a bad batch. It was a huge let down though and we really hoped for the best.
