The guys at Heartbeat have outdone themselves, the newest addition to their line of small-batch fermented hot sauce is bright, bubbly and sharp with a smooth, sweet finish.
Ingredients: Pineapple, yellow peppers, onions, distilled vinegar, Habaneros, sugar, lime juice, kosher salt, garlic, canola oil, ale (hops, malted barley, yeast)

This sauce is literally perfect for drizzling over eggs in the morning. If you love eggs do yourself a favour and try this sauce for them. It adds a mild heat with the perfect fruity acidity to cut through the richness of a runny yolk and the acidity in this sauce being pineapple juice means it has some real flavour unlike other vinegar-y sauces.
This is an absolutely delicious sauce: not too hot, not too mild, not too sweet. Adds a pleasant habanero heat and flavour to anything you might put hot sauce on, and the tangy sweetness of the pineapple cuts through nicely. Great on pizza (because pineapple on pizza is great) and in burrito bowls or taco salads to add another dimension. I'll be buying this as long as they make it.
I bought this as a father's day gift and the bottle is almost gone. Saw it on Hot Ones and took a chance. Step dad literally sent a picture to the family chat today saying "Total happiness at Dewe's 😘" along with a picture of 4 bottles (including this one) that our local grocery store carries haha I'm beyond impressed and can say that (from his opinion, I hate spicy things), it is amazing. He literally puts it on everything from steak to quinoa salad to pasta.
