Britannia Mills La Grande Faucheuse Hot Sauce

This Reaper sauce have strong accents of citrus and balsamic vinegar. This gives it an interesting contrast between fresh lemon & lime and smooth umami from the balsamic. Maple sugar adds a touch of sweetness and smoked pepper powder adds a hint of smoke. The result is a complex flavour profile in addition to some serious Reaper heat.
