Sauce piquante originale de Blair

I’ve had several bottles of this sauce previously and it was one of my top five. I bought this expecting the same great flavor but was very disappointed. It used to be very well balanced with no extract bitterness with great flavor and a nice well rounded heat. Maybe this batch was a little different or maybe it got mislabeled, I can’t say for sure, but it hit like a different recipe. The color is more brown than red and immediately tasted of extract (a big negative for me), the heat is much more intense and feels more like an acid burn. I will hesitate buying this one again but probably one more bottle, maybe in a few months, to see if it’s back to the great sauce I remember.

Bought 2 bottles and will be buying more in a few weeks! I put death sauce on everything and I'll be trying death wings this weekend

Can't eat well without it. Alas due to winter shipping rules this order remains in limbo. Damn winter, one more reason to hearld the approach of spring.
