Born To Hula Guajillo Hot Sauce

A classic Southwestern & Mexican pepper, the Guajillo has medium heat and a deep, sharp flavour. Essential in a good mole sauce, this pepper also makes a great harissa especially when combined with Habanero as in this bright and lively hot sauce.

Ingredients: Red bell pepper, distilled vinegar, Guajillo pepper, red Habanero pepper mash ( red Habanero peppers, salt), orange Habanero pepper, garlic, onion powder, lime juice, cumin.
