Light-Medium Heat, Great Taste

Really enjoy this sauce and am trying to find new things to cover with it. Tried it on chicken, steak, straight up, everything works great. I'd say it's just under a medium heat. You definitely notice it, but not enough to burn your mouth or anything. Really enjoyable sauce all around.
