twenty five years ago in Atlanta Georgia, I tasted Scorned Woman hot sauce. The ingredients in this sauce was different from all the others. It was thick in viscosity, not watery like the others. The heat was just above the middle range, a few drops in any dish was all you need, and it had flavours you could taste, unlike the other sauces that claimed high heat but lacked quality ingredients. We have searched all over North America for Scorned Woman, our journey is over, thanks Chilly Chiles!

I have been using this hot sauce for years. A friend bought us a bottle and it has been love ever since. It has a subtle heat if you use it properly. For example, a heaping teaspoon in a cup of butter over a turkey pan full of bits and bites is perfect. You will love it!

I ran across the “Scorned Woman” when I was going to school in New Orleans in the 90s. Bar none my favourite hot sauce - artistic and slow building. She’ll get you in the end!
