Nous sommes ravis de présenter une fois de plus une sauce piquante canadienne à l'émission, cette fois-ci de Piko Peppers, de Montréal. Une sauce classique de style Piri Piri revisitée par l'ajout de bière. Le houblon révèle les saveurs umami profondes et les piments habanero apportent une touche de piquant supplémentaire. Nous prévoyons que ce sera le grand favori de la saison ; son goût prononcé et son piquant doux/moyen lui confèrent un grand attrait pour les gourmands.

Ingrédients : Poivrons, oignons, vinaigre, jus de citron, ail, sucre de canne, huile de canola, sel de mer, piments habanero, piments de Cayenne, épices, bière (eau, millet, maïs, sucre Demerara, houblon, levure). Poids net : 148 ml

Best sauce ever

This is my favorite hot sauce, versatile, it goes with everything. Not extremely hot but gives a nice kick to your snack.

I ordered piko riko along with the habs hot sauce and loved both! my brother actually ended up "borrowing" the piko riko hot sauce and I haven't seen it since! 10/10 stars for taste and flavour profile and extra stars for the adorable packaging.

Great flavour. Some heat, but not enough to turn off the average hot sauce fan. Went great on everything I tried it with...sadly, it went too fast!!! Order by the jug if you can :)
