I bought the Historic Lynchburg Cajun Blackening Spice & Seasoning along with 6 other Lynchburg spices as they are the only ones I use now. We use the Cajun spice on a variety of fish especially salmon as it imparts a terrific Cajun flavour.
So delicious... my new go-to!♡
I am sooooo happy to have found these in Canada. The flavour is amazing. Spicy and peppery altogether. Can’t get much better in my opinion. Chilly Chiles fast ships and the items were very well packed. They are also your go to place for some unique and hard to find items.

This is one of the better Cajun rub or spice mix I've had to date. It's very aromatic with a salt level that is lower than other brands. Although it didn't blacken my fish as I've seen other rubs do, a results of my own cooking experience I'm sure, I still rank it as my number one Cajun blend.
You were out of the Lynchburg Cajun Blackening Spice. Your store called and I substituted with another spice from that company. Would have preferred the blackening spice, but I will try to reorder in the near future.
