An important ingredient in many Mexican dishes, achiote paste is made with ground annatto seeds and impart an earthy, mild, slightly nutty flavour and rich colour to a variety of dishes.
Ingredients: Water, corn flour, annatto seed, salt, garlic, spices, acetic acid and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
