Heat is the new sweet. I use this as an accelerant for some of my other sauces
I usually buy hot sauces that I can dip my food right into, because I enjoy their taste. However, this one tastes very bitter and doesn't work as a stand alone tasty dip. But I do love using this as a spice extract, I add a bit to soups, sauces, ramen etc and it makes my food really spicy and yummy. Overall, not the best stand alone sauce, but good for adding spice to other things.
This is just spicy. No taste. This sauce is not good and I don't recommend it to anyone, not even just to taste it.
If you want a good balance of sauce where you can flex but not be sent to the nether reals yourself this is what you want. Tastes good on pizza and wings but is still damn hot, but not mess up tomorrow hot. Just hot for like 15 minutes on your favorite grease wheel.

Discover this brand, when I was living in Vancouver, found it by accident at a Winners/Homesense , had to try it it was only 3,99$ , like it so much that I went around all Winners location to buy , all their supply of this hot sauce...to me it is the perfect balance of heat & taste ...of course now I am willing to pay the real retail price for it.
