When I ordered my chillies, I got a call to let me know they were going to ship via a different courier because of the Canada Post strike. It might be a day or two later, but no extra cost. She gave me the option of sooner and more expensive as well, and let me choose. The chillies arrived on time, and they were perfect! Flavor packed, perfectly dried and great heat. Best birria I ever made!
