This funkadelic hot sauce was created in collaboration with renowned bassist & singer Bootsy Collins. A light and fruity sauce with mild heat it pairs well with seafood, cheeses, cured meats, rice and chicken.
Ingredients: Pineapple (pineapple, pineapple juice), distilled vinegar, Jalapeno pepper mash (Green Jalapeno peppers, salt), onions, carrots, water, pineapple juice (water, concentrated pineapple juice & ascorbic acid), pure cane sugar, lime juice, Green Habanero pepper mash (Green Habanero peppers, salt), salt, garlic, Red Habanero pepper mash (Red Habanero peppers, salt).
