The original version of this hot sauce was featured on Hot Ones season 23. This updated, hotter version has just as much flavour but takes the heat up a notch. A great all purpose hot sauce that really showcases the various peppers featured with just a hint of smoke.

Ingredients: Selected hot peppers (red long peppers, dehydrated Scorpion peppers, Chocolate Habanero peppers, red Jalapeno peppers, red Habanero peppers, Bhut Jolokia peppers), water, vinegar, shallots, *cane sugar, *cider vinegar, oak pellets infusion, garlic, salt, xanthan gum (GMO free). *Organic ingredients
