La Pimenterie Colonel Hot Sauce

This Bajan style hot sauce has been Canadianized with the addition of what else, beer! Pale ale beer blends beautifully with zesty orange, smooth honey and sharp Scotch Bonnet peppers.

Ingredients:  Cider vinegar, pale ale, carrots, water, mustard seeds, onions, Scotch Bonnet peppers, orange pulp*, roasted garlic, honey, spices, salt, ginger*, xanthan gum (GMO free). *Organic 148 ml
