La Pimenterie Barbacoa BBQ Sauce

Montreal-based La Pimenterie makes excellent hot sauces and their BBQ sauces are just as amazing. Barbacoa is a Tex-Mex style BBQ sauce with a deep, bold flavour and subtle smoke courtesy of five different peppers.

Ingredients: Water, tomato paste, cider vinegar*, sugars (organic cane sugar, molasses), tamari (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), canola oil, salt, dehydrated hot peppers (Chipotle, Ancho, Mulato, Guajillo, Arbol), spices, mustard powder, granulated garlic, onion powder, xanthan gum (non-GMO).
