A significantly hotter version of their 1498 hot sauce with apricot and blueberry. The heat of the Scorpion pepper is very prominent but tempered by fruity notes and honey.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, apricot preserves (apricots, sugar, pectin, citric acid), Trinidad Scorpion pepper mash (Trinidad Scorpion peppers, salt), water, blueberries, carrots, Orange Habanero pepper mash (Orange Habanero peppers, salt), honey, onions, tamari sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol [to preserve freshness]), salt, garlic, xanthan gum, ginger, white pepper. 148 ml
