What is ecstasy for one is torture for another. This hot sauce handily separates the wimps from the pros with it's intense, sweet heat. Not for rookies, it takes a seasoned chilehead to truly appreciate the flavor nuances that lie beyond the roaring wall of flame.

Ingredients: Scorpion chilis, Hab, Cayenne, white vinegar, salt, unsulphured molasses, ginger, guava, Blair's 16 Million (natural pepper flavour), spices, ascorbic acid.

Hot but still tasty

I haven't attempted more than a dab of this stuff on anything yet, so it definitely has plenty of heat. It is still surprisingly flavourful even at that heat level. A hot sauce we are excited to work on our tolerance with.
