Good roasted chili flavour, too acidic for my taste

I really like the flavour of the chili, and the roasted flavour. But it's a bit too acidic for my taste. If the sauce was a bit more neutral, or sweet to balance the spicy, it would be awesome!

Good habanero sauce

This is my first roasted habanero sauce and I have to admit, I am quite pleased. It's a medium to hot sauce, so apply sparingly. Great body!
