I like I can get this spice

This particular blend of "cajun" spice is unique and not overpoweringly hot. I use this spice on everything I cook, be it scrambled eggs, fish, meat, or even steamed vegies. Its a staple "go to" in my house and in both my kid's houses. Thanks Chilly Chillies for stocking as prior to finding your on-line store I had to stock up my suitcase every time I went to FLA and made for some interesting chats with CBSA. LOL!

The flavour is on point however it’s extremely salty!

It is possible that I was not using it correctly when I applied it to meats prior to barbeque, but I found this seasoning to be on the salty side. I'm not too familiar with Cajun seasoning as I have never been that part of the southern USA or had ever had real authentic Cajun food, so maybe I am in the wrong but I found it to be a bit too salty for my tastes. I gave it 3 out of 5 stars. It is also possible that I maybe ordered a bad batch?

I purchased 3 SYM Original Cajun, 2 SYM Hot Cajun, and 1 SYM White Pepper seasonings thru Chilly Chiles. I am a huge fan of Slap Ya Mama and their products. Chilly Chiles is such a great store; their array of products is amazing and the service is excellent, reaching out to ensure that my purchased was properly addressed. These people are very personable and I look forward to dropping in to one of their stores the next time I am in the region.
