High Desert Ghostly Prick Hot Sauce

This hot sauce starts out all mild and sweet with prickly pear nectar and hibiscus but beware, the Ghost pepper is waiting in the wings for it's turn and once it sneaks up on the stage it's hard to ignore. A light and airy flavour profile with a touch of sweetness and a lingering heat profile; pair this sauce with pizza, tacos, seafood and salads.

Ingredients: Pepper mash (water, red bell pepper, Ghost pepper), distilled vinegar, local prickly pear nectar (prickly pear juice & pulp, malic acid from apples), onion, cider vinegar, agave nectar, kosher salt, lime juice, dried Hibiscus. 148 ml
