Big bold flavours embraced by Ghost pepper heat - this hot sauce has a big personality. Cherries, sage and balsamic vinegar add their own distinct flavours while sweet honey rounds out a profile that pairs really well with lamb, chicken, wild game, pork and beef.

Ingredients: Cherry puree, cider vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, water, honey, Ghost pepper mash (Ghost peppers, vinegar), white vinegar, garlic, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, xanthan gum, sage. 148 ml
