As is their standard, Dawson's sends another one out of the park with this killer hot sauce. The intricate flavours will have you shout "OPA!" but please don't smash the bottle! Sambuca, fennel and maple syrup create a lively flavour profile that is perfectly balanced against the floral heat of the 7-Pot pepper. A dash of Ghost pepper help to create a lasting heat profile that carries the flavour with it. Pair with chicken, seafood, lamb and rice.

Really unique flavour that's unexpected but nice. The heat level is high but tolerable, and doesn't blow out the palate. This sauce is very thick, and I find myself shaking the bottle pretty vigorously to get some out! Definitely a great choice if you're looking for something that's clearly different from every other sauce on the market.
