If you're a fan of Ghost peppers, this hot sauce is for you. technically a mash, not a sauce, since the ingredients are very simple, basically just Ghost peppers and vinegar with a dash of salt & garlic thrown in for forms sake. It allows you to enjoy the slow burn and earthy, deep flavour of the pepper without any interference from other ingredients.

Ingredients: Vinegar, dried Ghost pepper, garlic, sea salt. 155 ml

Good luck getting it out of the bottle

Great heat/taste, would be a 5 star if sold in a jam jar.

Dawson's - Yummy!!

We enjoyed the Dawson's sauce. It tastes great and the kick is manageable - hot, of course, but tapers off in a good way. Will definitely be buying again!
