Chilly Chiles supplied the product promptly, Purolator picked up the product promptly and sent it to a warehouse in Montreal (eastward rather than westward to it's destination), and the product sat there for 5 days before shipping. After arriving in Peterborough, shipping was suspended 1 more day because of inclement weather (understandable), Product arrived 10 days after the order was placed. I purchased the 1 gallon container of Crystal Hot Sauce as a Christmas gift for my husband. He was beyond surprised and is extremely happy. This is his absolute favourite hot sauce and being able to purchase it within Canada from a small business is fantastic. Service from Chilly Chiles has been wonderful and package arrived with no issues. Would highly recommend.
