Very nice Sauce not too hot. Subtle sweetness.

One of my favorites

First tried this sauce from a grocery store in Thailand and instantly loved it! The sweetness of the honey provides a great bouncing-off point for a delicious and tangy spice, and it packs a great amount of heat. Not uncomfortable, but provides some sweats for sure. I put it on pretty much anything, but meats like chicken obviously do amazing with it.
