I bought each of the Keith’s sauces to try, and this one is excellent. It has very subtle spice, but comes in strong with mustard flavours mixed with sweet, tangy goodness, which I assume is from the figs and maple syrup. It is obviously perfect on a burger, but I’ve been enjoying it on chicken and on french fries, even on some cheese & spinach puff pastry. The heat level is low, but the flavours are awesome!
