delicious, garlicky, hot but not too hot, it's my go-to hot sauce for pretty much everything: eggs, sandwiches, soups, pastas, cholula chili garlic goes with it all. we even add it to our holiday cheese ball at christmas. got the whole family hooked so now we buy it in the 64oz jug. wish i could give it more than 5 stars
