This sauce is thick with quality ingredients. Not just vinegar like most hot sauces are these days. It's an actual spicy kimchi. Mild kick for me, but enough for someone not used to heat to feel it. I really like this flavor, it's thick and chunky and goes fast. But i've already bought a second bottle!
