This smoky hot sauce is made the same way the Mayan people used to smoke and prepare Habanero peppers. This sauce is a first of its kind specially blended with carrots and onions to create the perfect balance between heat and flavour.

Big smoky flavour, mild heat

I love this sauce, which lends it's smoky goodness to soups, sauces, eggs, tofu - whatever. The heat is fairly mild, intense smoke more than makes up for it. I'll need to reorder this one soon!
