Welcome to this fresh and citrusy low heat green sauce straight out of Montreal. The combination of tomatillos, jalapeno and lime juice give this sauce a crisp flavour. With the addition of lemongrass and ginger this sauce pairs beautifully with east Asian inspired dishes.
