Very thick and flavorful sauce!

This sauce is thick with quality ingredients. Not just vinegar like most hot sauces are these days. It's an actual spicy kimchi. Mild kick for me, but enough for someone not used to heat to feel it. I really like this flavor, it's thick and chunky and goes fast. But i've already bought a second bottle!

Tasted great on nuggets, haven't found much of anything else to pair it with other than Chicken. Very strong smoked / jerked flavor. Salty, Sweet, and the ginger spice really stands out. It is all you could asked for in a jamaican jerked marinate... not great as a general hot sauce, but perfect for grilling and seasoning chicken!!!

When I ordered my chillies, I got a call to let me know they were going to ship via a different courier because of the Canada Post strike. It might be a day or two later, but no extra cost.
