No wonder there, as their sauces have always been phenomenal, reflecting the care and patience taken in developing each recipe. Coming in at the #1 spot, this is a mild, smooth and sweet sauce that deftly balances the sweetness of ripe dates with the slight bitterness of freshly brewed coffee. A classic Piri Piri style sauce with a twist, by adding beer to the recipe. The hops opens up the deep umami flavours and Habanero peppers bring in some extra heat. We predict this will be the overall favourite from this season; big flavour with mil/medium heat gives it great appeal to anyone who loves food.
