Definitely has some kick to it but it's worth enduring for the incredible flavour. The roasted garlic is balanced with a bit of bitterness that works really well with the sweetness of the peppers. I love this sauce.

This is a really tasty scotch bonnet based hot sauce, which I think is from Central America, but it reminds me a bit of a classic Jamaican Jerk hot sauce with the scotch bonnet and coriander. One of my favorites with that slow burn that creeps up on you.

Lengua de Fuego Bhutila Fire Hot Sauce

Personally, this one became one of my favourite sauces. It is hot, but it is packed with flavour. I tried for the first time with chicken wings and bbq pork skewers, it was delicious combo. Is not part of the ingredients but I get a slight, very slight clove-like taste and that is probably why I enjoyed more with protein than tortilla chips. Enjoy it
