My friends and I have been doing a Hot Ones wings night, 2 or 3 times a year, for about 5 or 6 years. I'm open to anything flavorful. We've gone to all the extremes but all now try to rate more on flavor than heat. Heat is not hard to find. This sauce literally blew me away. Without hesitation I can say it's my new favorite as a straight up sauce on anything. I could have 3 spoon fulls for dinner and be satiated. For spicing up other foods, Ghost In The Darkness is more concetrated and better as an adding sauce. It's been a long time favorite. If you asked me to pick between Ghost in the Darkness and this... I'd struggle. If you knew how much I pay to get GITD yearly, you'd realize how big a deal this endorsement is.
Excellent sauce, well balanced and great on a variety of dishes.
Firecracker Nuclear Bacchanal Hot Sauce
This one is exactly what I like in a hot sauce. Excellent flavour with a good amount of heat that lingers for a while.
This will be a new staple for my hot sauce pantry.
