A Szechuan style BBQ sauce with a deep, bold flavour and mild/medium heat. Use for marinating, glazing or dipping ribs, shrimp, chicken, pork and beef.

Ingredients: Sugars (molasses, apple sauce, cane sugar), organic cider vinegar, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), shallot, tomato sauce, water, garlic, ginger, canola oil, salt, sesame oil, Korean hot pepper, corn starch, sesame seeds, Sichuan pepper, spices, xanthan gum, Bhut Jolokia pepper. 350 ml
